Yes, a very negative thought. Yet this describes my experience with our insurance provider trying to find an answer to a simple question. Three blue cross reps later and three different answers later this is how I feel.
Negative, maybe. True, definitely! I can't stand talking to customer service reps over the phone! You can never get a direct answer and most of them don't even speak English as a first language or any language at all! I have resorted to making aqeel make all of those types of calls because he can stay patient with them.
